Fees for Services Title Underline



There are no hidden fees associated with any services on this web site. Where fees are charged, they are clearly specified and you (the user) have a chance to accept or decline these fees and the associated services. YOU WILL NEVER BE CHARGED FOR ANYTHING THAT YOU HAVE NOT AGREED TO PURCHASE BY COMPLETING THE APPROPRIATE FORMS.

Airline Reservations

The following ticketing fees will be added to the final price of airline tickets sold through this web site, and are shown in the total presented for your approval:

$8.00 fee per ticket - This fee will appear as a separate charge on your credit card from Passageways Travel Service.


Electronic Ticketing (e-tickets) are the default method of ticketing from this web site. Paper tickets may incur additional airline-imposed charges and are subject to overnight shipping charges. All airline tickets purchased from this web site include the following services:
  • Unbiased selection and display of fares and routings (subject to those available to us through our professional booking engines)
  • Search for and offer lowest applicable fare
  • Automatic quality control checks for connection times, itinerary routing errors, and other common mistakes
  • User preferences designated in traveler profiles
Hotel Reservations

Regular hotel reservation services are provided to all members at no charge. These are reservations made through the various hotel reservation tools provided on the web site, for which you receive a confirmation for a reservation guaranteed with your credit card. If you change or cancel these reservations, you may be subject to fees charged by the hotel or the credit card company.

Occasionally, we offer Special Value rates on hotels or other lodgings that must be paid in advance. In this case, there are no service fees associated with the purchase, but you must pay the vendor at the time of the booking.

Car Reservations

Regular car reservation services are provided to all members at no charge. These are reservations made through the various car reservation tools provided on the web site, for which you receive a confirmation for a reservation guaranteed with your credit card. If you change or cancel these reservations, you may be subject to fees charged by the auto rental or the credit card company.

Occasionally, we make available special discount programs for certain vendors. These programs are identified by the Discount Number that appears in the box so designated. Because of the special discounts on these cars, we must charge a $5 fee to cover the cost of rental processing. These fees are always displayed as part of the prices quoted on the web site. This fee will appear as a separate charge on your credit card from Passageways Travel Service.
