How can I change an existing reservation?

To change an existing reservation you must contact our office directly. To make a change, you will need to the answering agent know the 6-digit confirmation number that you received at the time you made the initial reservation. There may be a fee associated with changing an existing reservation, depending on the type of reservation and the terms of the original booking. Please call us at (800) 748-0406 for assistance.

How can I view the status of my existing reservations?

All of your reservations are accessible at any time by clicking on the "My Trips" link located in the upper right navigation on all pages of our website.

Your "My Trips" page shows current reservations of all types, past reservations for trips taken within the past month, canceled reservations for trips canceled within the past month, and requested reservations, for those trips you have asked our office to research for you.
