You can change your password at any time by editing your personal information
in the "My Account" area of the web site. The "My Account"
link is found in the upper right navigation on each page of our site.
To change your password:
Click on the link to "Edit" your personal information
Enter your current password in the box provided. If you have not already
changed your password, this will be the one that you established when
you first joined. YOUR PASSWORD IS CASE SENSITIVE SO BE CAREFUL TO ENTER
UPPER AND LOWER CASE LETTERS EXACTLY AS THEY APPEAR IN THE EMAIL. It
may be easiest to simply copy the password from your email into the
box.
Enter the new password that you would like to use in the box provided.
Enter the new password again in the second box provided. This helps
prevents errors from typographical mistakes.
Click on the button to "Accept changes and return to member area".
Your new password is now stored in your secure database area and is
effective immediately. To test it simply log out and sign in again with
your new password.
How do I update my account?
At any time you can edit your personal information by following the
"My Account" link found in the upper right navigation on each
page of our site.
This link takes you to your member area, where all your personal information
is stored. In this area you can add or edit credit cards, edit your
address and contact information, access your reward points account history,
and enter your personal travel preferences. We encourage you to keep
this information up to date, since it used to help simplify the reservation
process when you are making a reservation on this web site. Your agent
may also access and use this information when making travel arrangements
on your behalf.
How can I add my family members to my account?
Members have the added benefit of being able to add additional family
members to their account. These members enjoy the convenience of being
able to store their travel preferences and personal information in a
secure online environment. Your membership in the Program provides access
for one (1) primary traveler, one (1) associated adult traveler, and
any number of associated child travelers. All travelers associated with
an individual account must live in the same household. Each adult traveler
will be given a unique user name and password. All travelers for each
account may create and maintain separate travel profiles.

From the "My Account" link located in the upper right navigation
on each page of our site you will find a link to add new members.
Is my credit card safe?
Yes. We use an encryption technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
to encode your personal information (such as your password, address
and phone number, or your credit card number) whenever you send such
information to our database. This encryption technology protects this
information from interception by criminals and makes doing business
over the Internet more secure than using your credit card over the telephone
or in a restaurant. You can tell that you are communication with our
"secure server" using encryption by observing the small picture
of a lock that appears in the bottom part of your web browser.
Your personal information is stored in a secure database and is only
available to you and to your travel agent.
How do I change my address?
You can change your address (and most other personal information) by
clicking on the "My Account" link found in the upper right
navigation on each page of our site. This link will take you to your
secure member area where all your personal information is available
for you to edit.
Can my child use my credit card to book travel?
Children can browse the site without logging on. At the parents
discretion, a child may sign on and book travel if the parent provides
the credit card and login information. To book travel online, i.e. a
flight, rental car, or hotel, our booking engines require the CSC number
which is only available on the back of the physical credit card for
additional security.
